 dvisory Committee meeting to be held on September 11\, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. -
  7:30 p.m. in the Gymnasium of Southside Occupational Academy High School 
 located at 7342 S. Hoyne Ave. Public can enter through Door #5.  According
 ly\, the Board President and the Chief Executive Officer have determined t
 hat Public Participation will be a hybrid format with the option to partic
 ipate in person or via an electronic platform. The public will have access
  to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org or attending in person throu
 gh the registration process.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meet
 ing will begin after the Special Education Advisory Committee discussion a
 nd conclude after fifteen (15) minutes or until the last speaker has prese
 nted\, whichever occurs first. Each speaker will have three (3) minutes ea
 ch to present their remarks. Members of the public who wish to participate
  in Public Participation must register in advance through the Public Regis
 tration Form noted below to speak or observe. Advance registration will be
  available beginning Monday\, September 9th at 10:30 a.m. and will close o
 n Tuesday\, September 10th at 5:00 p.m. or until all five slots are filled
