 he Agenda for the Finance and Audit Committee meeting to be held on Wednes
 day\, January 27\, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. The COVID-19 Pandemic 
 has created a public health emergency in the City of Chicago and the State
  of Illinois. The Governor of the State of Illinois issued a Disaster Proc
 lamation\, which is currently in effect and which declares\, in part\, tha
 t in-person attendance of more than 10 people is not feasible in light of 
 public health concerns. Accordingly\, the Board President and the Chief Ex
 ecutive Officer have determined that Public Participation will be held vir
 tually via an electronic platform and the public will have access to the m
 eeting via live stream at cpsboe.org.\nThe Public Participation segment of
  the meeting will begin after the Financial and Audit Updates and conclude
  after ten (10) minutes or until the last speaker has presented\, whicheve
 r occurs first. Each speaker will have two (2) minutes each to present the
 ir remarks. Members of the public who wish to participate in Public Partic
 ipation must register in advance to speak. Advance registration will be av
 ailable beginning Monday\, January 25th at 9:00 a.m. and will close on Tue
 sday\, January 26th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all five slots are filled. Adv
