DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison S
 treet\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Chief Execu
 tive Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present 
 during Public Participation may have the option to participate in person a
 t the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platfor
 m. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.or
 g.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicate
 d in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participatio
 n guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to the general public o
 n the Board website (www.cpsboe.org).\nFor the November 10\, 2025\, Specia
 l Board Meeting\, advance registration to speak will be available beginnin
 g Thursday\, November 6th at 10:30 a.m. and will close on Friday\, Novembe
 r 7th at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in speaking can sign up. After the 2
 4-hour registration period\, a lottery will randomly select a set number o
 f speakers from those who registered. For example\, if 100 people register
 \, the lottery might select 10 of them to speak. This process gives everyo
 ne a fair chance to address the Board. Advance registration during this pe

 it written comments for Board of Education meetings can do so via the Writ

 osting of the public agenda and notice is posted through 5 p.m. the day af
 ter the Board of Education meeting will be submitted to the Board for thei
 r consideration and posted within five (5) business days on our website at
  www.cpsboe.org.
