DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at Colman CPS Administrative Office\, 
 4655 South Dearborn\, Auditorium.  The Board President and the Chief Execu
 tive Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present 
 during Public Participation may have the option to participate in person a
 t the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platfor
 m. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.or
 g.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicate
 d in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participatio
 n guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to the general public o
 n the Board website (www.cpsboe.org). \nFor the December 4\, 2024\, Agenda
  Review Committee Meeting\, advance registration to speak will be availabl
 e beginning Monday\, December 2nd at 10:30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\
 , December 3rd at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in speaking can sign up. Af
 ter the 24-hour registration period\, a lottery will randomly select a set
  number of speakers from those who registered. For example\, if 100 people
  register\, the lottery might select 30 of them to speak. This process giv
 es everyone a fair chance to address the Board. Advance registration durin

 r the Board of Education meeting will be submitted to the Board for their
