DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at Jones College Prep High School\, 70
 0 S State Street\, Auditorium. The Board President and the Chief Executive
  Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present duri
 ng Public Participation may have the option to participate in person at th
 e location of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platform. T
 he public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org.\n
 The Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicated in
  the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participation gu
 idelines. Agenda Review Committee meetings will be live-streamed to the ge
 neral public on the Board website (www.cpsboe.org). \nFor the August 14\, 
 2024\, Agenda Review Committee meeting\, advance registration to speak wil
 l be available beginning Monday\, August 12th at 10:30 a.m. and will close
  on Tuesday\, August 13th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all slots are filled. Ad
 vance registration during this period is available by the following method

 omments received between the posting of the public agenda and notice is po
 sted through 5 p.m. the day after the Agenda Review Committee meeting will
  be submitted to the Board for their consideration and posted within five 
 (5) business days on our website at www.cpsboe.org.
