 ucation Meeting to be held on Wednesday\, March 6\, 2024\, at 9:00 a.m.  T
 he meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison Street\, Gard
 en Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Chief Executive Officer
  have determined that registered speakers who wish to present during Publi
 c Participation may have the option to participate in person at the locati
 on of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platform. The publi
 c will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org.\nPublic P
 articipation Guidelines are available on www.cpsboe.org. \nFor the March 6
 \, 2024 Special Board Meeting\, advance registration to speak will be avai
 lable beginning Monday\, March 4th at 9:00 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\
 , March 5th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all slots are filled.  Advance registr
 ation during this period is available by the following methods:\n\nOnline:

 y of access to address the Board\, an individual may not speak at two (2) 
 consecutive meetings. In the event an individual registers to speak at a c
 onsecutive meeting\, the individual will not be called to address the Boar

 y\, March 4th at 9:00 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\, March 5th at 5:00 p

 ng will begin following the President’s opening statement and proceed for 
 no more than five (5)  registered speakers for ten minutes. Registered spe
 akers will receive instructions for Public Participation.\nMembers of the 
 public may submit written comments for Board of Education meetings via the
  Written Comments Form on the Board’s website at www.cpsboe.org or mailed 
 to 1 N Dearborn\, Suite 950. Written comments received between the day the
  public agenda is posted through 5 p.m. the day after the Board of Educati
