 f the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platform. The public wi

 articipation segment of the meeting will begin as indicated in the meeting
  agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participation guidelines. Bo
 ard Meetings will be live-streamed to the general public on the Board webs

 egistration to speak will be available beginning Tuesday\, August 27th at 
 10:30 a.m. and will close on Wednesday\, August 28th at 5:00 p.m.\, or unt
