 N ACT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nPlease take notice that the Chicago Board 
 of Education (the “Board”) of the Board of Education of the City of Chicag
 o (the “School District”) will hold a public hearing on October 26\, 2022\
 , at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Board Room at the Chicago 
 Public Schools Loop Office\, 42 West Madison Street\, Garden Level\, in th
 e City of Chicago\, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receiv
 e public comments on the proposal to sell general obligation unlimited tax
  alternate bonds of the Board\, in one or more series\, in the amount of n
 ot to exceed $1\,800\,000\,000 for the purpose of financing (i) the constr
 uction and acquisition of school and administrative buildings and equipmen
 t\, site improvements and other real and personal property in and for the 
 School District\, (ii) the funding or refunding of obligations of the Boar
 d and (iii) costs of issuance and other costs and reserves related to the 
 foregoing.\nFor this BINA Hearing\, advance registration to speak will beg
 in on Monday\, October 24\, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\, 
 October 25\, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. or until 10 slots have been filled\, whiche
