 cation meeting\, a Public Hearing will be held at 9:30 am - 10:00 am on We
 dnesday\, July 22\, 2020. CPS seeks to renew a food service waiver based o
 n Section 34-21.3 of the School Code to use a request for bid or a request
  for proposal process in securing food services.\nTo protect the public’s 
 health in response to the COVID-19 pandemic\, and as permitted by Governor
  Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020 – 44\, the public will have access to the
  meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org\, and the public participation will
  be held via an electronic platform.\nFor this Public Hearing\, advance re
 gistration to speak will be available beginning Tuesday\, July 7\, 2020 at
  1:30 pm and will close on Friday\, July 17\, 2020 at 5:00 pm or until all
  ten (10) slots have been filled\, or whichever comes first. Advance regis
