DESCRIPTION:To protect the public’s health in response to the COVID-19 pand
 emic\, and as permitted by Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020 – 07\,
  there will not be an in-person meeting. The public will have access to th
 e meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org\, and Public Participation will be
  held virtually via an electronic platform. For the May 27\, 2020 Board Me
 eting\, due to the Memorial Day holiday\, advance registration to speak wi
 ll be available beginning Friday\, May 22nd at 10:30 a.m. and close Tuesda
 y\, May 26th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all 15 slots are filled. You can adva
 nce register during the registration period by the following methods:\n\nO

 equity of access to address the Board\, an individual may not speak at two
  (2) consecutive Board Meetings. In the event an individual registers to s
 peak at a consecutive Board Meeting\, the individual will not be called to
  address the Board.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will 
 begin following the CEO Remarks and proceed for no more than 15 registered
  speakers for 30 minutes. Registered speakers will receive instructions fo
 r accessing the electronic platform for Public Participation.\n
