DESCRIPTION:For the February 27\, 2019 Board Meeting\, advance registration
  to speak and observe will be available beginning Monday\, February 25th a
 t 10:30 a.m. and close Tuesday\, February 26th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all
  slots are filled. You can advance register during the registration period
  by the following methods:\n\nOnline: www.cpsboe.org (recommended)\nPhone:
  (773) 553-1600\nIn Person: 1 North Dearborn Street\, Suite 950\n\nTo ensu
 re equity of access to address the Board\, an individual may not speak at 
 two (2) consecutive Board Meetings. In the event an individual registers t
 o speak at a consecutive Board Meeting\, the individual will not be called
  to address the Board.\nAlthough Advance Registration is recommended\, you
  can also register to observe a meeting on the day of a Board Meeting via:
 \n\nSame Day In Person Observer Registration: 42 W. Madison Street lobby \
 nRegistration Time: Opens at 10:15 AM and will remain open for the duratio
 n of the Board Meeting\n\nSame Day\, In-Person Observer Registrations are 
 taken on a first come\, first serve basis as seats become available.\nThe 
 Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicated in the
  meeting agenda and proceed for no more than 60 registered speakers for th
 e two hours.
