DESCRIPTION:This is to advise that the Regular Meetings of the Board of Edu
 cation scheduled for Wednesday\, November 21\, 2018 and December 19\, 2018
  will be consolidated and Rescheduled to Wedesday\, December 5\, 2018.\nFo
 r the December  5\, 2018 Rescheduled Board Meeting\, advance registration 
 to speak and observe will be available beginning Monday\, Deceember 3rd at
  10:30 a.m. and close Tuesday\, December 4th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all s
 lots are filled. You can advance register during the registration period b

 re equity of access to address the Board\, an individual may not speak at 
 two (2) consecutive Board Meetings. In the event an individual registers t
 o speak at a consecutive Board Meeting\, the individual will not be called
  to address the Board.\nAlthough Advance Registration is recommended\, you
  can also register to observe a meeting on the day of a Board Meeting via:
 \n\nSame Day In Person Observer Registration: 42 W. Madison Street lobby \
 nRegistration Time: Opens at 10:15 AM and will remain open for the duratio
 n of the Board Meeting\n\nSame Day\, In-Person Observer Registrations are 
 taken on a first come\, first serve basis as seats become available.\n\nTh
 e Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicated in t
 he meeting agenda and proceed for no more than 60 registered speakers for 
 the two hours.
