 outh Clark Street\, Chicago\, Illinois\, Board Chamber\, 5th Floor. This S
 pecial Meeting will be held concerning the proposed Continuous Improvement
  Work Plan (CIWP) waiver. The Chicago Public Schools seeks a waiver of the
  rules of the State Board of Education (23 Ill. Admin. Code § 1.85(d)) to 
 allow the district and its schools to use the CIWP\, to comply with state 
 school improvement plan requirements.\nRegistration for Public Participati
 on will be held between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on the 1st Fl
 oor of the Clark Street Lobby. Public Participation will be limited to iss
 ues relating to the items on the Public Agenda. The Public Participation s
 egment of the meeting will conclude after the last person who has signed i
