DESCRIPTION:Prior to the Regular Board meeting a Public Hearing will be hel
 d concerning the proposed Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP) waiver. 
 This waiver will allow the district and its schools to use the CIWP\, to c
 omply with state school improvement plan requirements.  The Public Hearing
  will begin at 9:00 a.m. Speaker registration for the Public Hearing will 
 occur between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on the 1st Floor of the Clark Street
  Lobby. The Public Participation portion of the Public Hearing will conclu
 de after the last person who has signed in to speak has spoken\, or at 9:3
 0 a.m. whichever occurs first.
