 ior to the Regular Board meeting a Public Hearing will be held concerning 
 the proposed Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP) waiver. This waiver w
 ill allow the district and its schools to use the CIWP\, to comply with st
 ate school improvement plan requirements. The Public Hearing will begin at
  9:00 a.m. Speaker registration for the Public Hearing will occur between 
 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on the 1st Floor of the Clark Street Lobby. The Pu
 blic Participation portion of the Public Hearing will conclude after the l
 ast person who has signed in to speak has spoken\, or at 9:30 a.m. whichev
 er occurs first.\nPublic Participation Guidelines are available on www.cps
