  public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org\, an
 d Public Participation will be held virtually via an electronic platform. 
 For the December 16\, 2020 Board Meeting\, advance registration to speak w
 ill be available beginning Monday\, December 14th at 10:30 a.m. and close 
 Tuesday\, December 15th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all slots are filled. You 
 can advance register during the registration period by the following metho

  ensure equity of access to address the Board\, an individual may not spea
 k at two (2) consecutive Board Meetings. In the event an individual regist
 ers to speak at a consecutive Board Meeting\, the individual will not be c
 alled to address the Board.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeti
 ng will begin following the CEO Remarks and proceed for no more than 30 re
 gistered speakers for 60 minutes. Registered speakers will receive instruc
 tions for accessing the electronic platform for Public Participation.\n
