DESCRIPTION:To protect the public’s health in response to the COVID-19 pand
 emic\, and as permitted by Governor Pritzker’s Disaster Proclamation\, the
  public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org\, an
 d Public Participation will be held virtually via an electronic platform. 
 For the October 28\, 2020 Board Meeting\, advance registration to speak wi
 ll be available beginning Monday\, October 26th at 10:30 a.m. and close Tu
 esday\, October 27th at 5:00 p.m.\, or until all slots are filled. You can
  advance register during the registration period by the following methods:
 \n\nOnline: www.cpsboe.org (recommended)\nPhone: (312) 989-7313\n\n\nTo en
 sure equity of access to address the Board\, an individual may not speak a
 t two (2) consecutive Board Meetings. In the event an individual registers
  to speak at a consecutive Board Meeting\, the individual will not be call
 ed to address the Board.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting 
 will begin following the CEO Remarks and proceed for no more than 30 regis
 tered speakers for 60 minutes. Registered speakers will receive instructio
 ns for accessing the electronic platform for Public Participation.\n
